Before we begin our unexpected journey together, we will need to begin to shape our path by creating a long term vision.

So many of us thought our long term vision was “build more, build bigger” or “adopt social consciousness into our brand.” Some of those visions were laudable in a stable, consistent economic ethos. The current ethos is defined by unexpected, unplanned, and unrestrained chaos. We can’t deny this if we are going to plot a successful strategy to make our chief aim not only to succeed but also to give our valued guests the dream and ambition to travel again.

To protect our shire we must be sure to avoid the dark valleys and distracting temptations along the way to our chief aim. If we have clarity of purpose, unity of vision, and have aim fixed, we will win, and the dreams of so many will continue with your reimagined care.
